Our pear vinegar is made completely from scratch by us - not infused, or flavors added to grape wine,  We start with fresh pears delivered to us from orchards in Washington.  We clean and chop the fruit to size and ferment into pear cider.  After some aging, when the time is right, we add the cider into our vinegar fermenters.  Our vinegar process is the old, all natural Orleans Process, developed in France centuries ago.  The entire process requires lots of labor and care but produces exotic flavors that naturally complement your creative foodie designs through an entire menu.  Whether you are creating a dressing, marinade or dessert topping, taste the difference with fruit vinegar.
